Shipping Policy

– All our online prices include taxes and shipping within and outside of Turkey.

– All orders placed online will be processed the next business day.

– We use PTT company and some cargo companies according to transportation needs.

– All shipments should arrive within 2-3 days within Turkey and within 7-10 days outside Turkey.

– A tracking number will be emailed to the buyer after the shipment has been processed.

If your order has not reached you within the specified time, please inform us.

– If you receive a damaged shipment, DO NOT open it. Take a photo and let us know right away.

– If you have paid and the item you ordered is out of stock, you will be given the option of waiting up to 7 days or a full refund.

– Please provide detailed and accurate shipping information to avoid any delay in shipping.
