Refund policy

Orders ( Non Refundable )

We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Digital products.
2. Items that have been washed, worn, used, with tags removed, or misused.
3. Customized Products. Bespoke items, underwear and pajamas, swimwear, jewelery and accessories.
4. If the order is returned to our warehouse due to customer's personal reasons (such as wrong address / customer refuses to accept the package / customer refuses to pay the tax fee), we will contact you to pay the reshipment amount and reship. However, please understand that no refund will be given in this case.

Orders (Returnable)

1. Returns will only be accepted if you received the item with obvious damage or the wrong order.
You should take a photo of the product with the problem and send us the reasons for the return. We will help you solve this problem.
2. If there is no problem with your order and you want to return your order, we need to find out the reasons, you can contact us, we will help you. And the reshipping cost is borne by you, we will only refund the product amount to your account after the returned product reaches us.
